This bread is made with a unique blend inspired from flavours of Latin America with the addition of Chia Power! Chia seeds contain large amounts of fibre and omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of high-quality protein, and several essential minerals and antioxidants. This bread is baked in a tin but can be hand moulded for our chia cobs.
Great to eat for sandwiches or eggs on toast, good all rounder.
